Nobuyuki Takakibara, the CEO of Rizin announced on Thursday that Tatsuki Shinotsuka, a former K-1 kickboxer would be one opponent. Bare Knuckle Slashed for Rizin 46

Sakakibara stated that he attended Bare Knuckle Fighting Championships 57 in Florida. The President David Feldman was there and the two agreed to work together. “It’s the most violent and exciting rule in martial arts. It’s so harsh that people who haven’t seen it before might be a little put off by it,” Sakakibara said.

Shinotsuka competed previously in Rizin. He defeated Breaking Down fighter Daichi Tomizawa with a unanimous verdict in his Rizin 45 debut.

Shinotsuka appeared with three men in masks during the press conference. He was dressed in casual clothes, imitating his friend Ren Hiramoto’s fashion style. “This time, I’m bringing bare knuckle to Japan, so I’m definitely going to win,” he said.
